The Fremont Area Chamber of Commerce will conduct the 2025 Leadership Banquet at 6 p.m. Monday at the Fremont Golf Club.
The annual celebration honors the graduates of the Chamber’s leadership development programs and recognizes outstanding community members with the prestigious Compass Awards. During the banquet, graduates of Leadership FremontLeadership 2.0, and Leadership Midland will be recognized for their dedication to personal and professional growth, as well as their commitment to building a stronger Fremont.
  • Leadership Fremont is designed to expose emerging and existing community leaders to the critical issues facing the region while challenging participants to strengthen the community through service and leadership. The program creates a diverse network of like-minded individuals who are deeply engaged and well-informed.
  • Leadership 2.0 builds upon core leadership principles, offering participants a fresh perspective and deeper understanding of their roles as leaders. One of the most powerful aspects of this program is the shared experience and insight of its participants.
  • Leadership Midland introduces students at Midland University to the many opportunities available in Fremont and teaches them how to be engaged, impactful citizens. From learning about nonprofits and local governance to grant writing and board service, students gain the tools to begin making a difference—starting now.
