Fremont police responded at about 7:58 Wednesday night to the area of 600 West Ninth Street in reference to a trespassing complaint.
Following an investigation, Troy Childress of Oakland was arrested and booked for criminal mischief, criminal trespass, obstructing a peace officer, and resisting arrest.
