Fremont Police make weekend arrests

Fremont’s Deputy Chief of Police, Jennifer Birkhofer noted a few arrests made this past weekend.

On Friday, March 7, 2025, at approximately 1:13pm, officers were dispatched to the area of 400 N Broad Street,  in reference to a stolen vehicle. Officers completed an investigation and Victoria Solberg (Homeless) was arrested and booked for resisting arrest, theft-receiving stolen property, and theft unlawful taking.

 

On Saturday, March 8, 2025, at approximately 6:21am, officers were dispatched to the area of 400 W 23rd Street,  in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers completed an investigation, and Heidi Lowther of Fremont was arrested and booked for assaulting a public safety officer, with bodily fluid (spit), criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and disturbing the peace.

 

On Sunday, March 9, 2025, at approximately 6:13pm, officers were dispatched to the area of 300 E Linden Avenue, in reference to a trespassing complaint. Upon arrival, officers completed an investigation and Antonio Lorona Villasenor, was arrested and booked for Criminal Trespass, 2nd degree.
