Drug Task Force makes arrests

On Tuesday, March 4,  the III Corps Drug Task Force served a search warrant in the 2000 blk of N. Irving Street in Fremont.  The search warrant was issued after a month-long drug investigation.  The search warrant yielded over five ounces of methamphetamine.

As a result, Michael E. Krauth, 63, of Fremont, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, with the Intent to Deliver.

The III Corps Drug Task force was assisted by the Fremont Police Department.  On March 5, 2025, the III Corps Drug Task Force received information on the location of a wanted fugitive out of Dodge County.

The task force confirmed that, Mason Schreck, 23, had a Dodge County arrest warrant for Robbery.  Investigators located a vehicle that Schreck was associated with in the parking lot of a hotel in Fremont.  Investigators set up surveillance on the vehicle and observed the owner come and go from the hotel. When the vehicle returned investigators saw Schreck leave the hotel and approach the vehicle, subsequently he was taken into custody.  As a result of the arrest and search warrant Schreck was also charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.

Investigators also located Brenda Hernandez-Calderon, 27, with Schreck.  A search conducted yielded 3 grams of Methamphetamine.  She was arrested on Driving under Suspension, Accessory to a Felony,  and Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.
