The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office received a grant from the Nebraska Office of Highway Safety for overtime traffic enforcement.
The grant period was Feb. 21-23. The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office provided six deputies working a total of 73 overtime hours.
The statistics for this overtime grant are as follows:

• 2 Arrests for DWI – Alcohol Only
• 5 Driving Under Suspension
• 2 Fugitives apprehended
• 2 Citations for Open Container
• 4 Citations for Minor in Possession (MIP)
• 1 Citation for Use of a Handheld Wireless Device
• 20 Total Citations
• 36 Total Vehicles Contacted
