A Fremont man was arrested Sunday afternoon following a disturbance.
At 1:26 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of East First Street. The subsequent investigation led to the arrest of Andrew Fellers for disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and obstructing a peace officer.
