Fremont police responded at about 9:56 p.m. Monday to the 2600 block of North Laverna Street for a physical disturbance.
An investigation resulted in the arrest of Troy E. Brumbaugh, 41, of Fremont for third-degree domestic assault, terroristic threats, use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony and possession of a controlled substance.
