Fremont police responded at about 2:09 New Year’s Eve Day to the 900 block of North Pierce Street to a report of an unwanted individual on the property.
The individual was identified as Jose A. Mendoza, 29, of Omaha who had an active Dodge County warrant. A subsequent search led to drugs being located.
Mendoza was arrested on the warrant and possession of a controlled substance.
