The Fremont High Swim and Dive team took part in the Elkhorn Swim Invite on December 20th and 21st. The Fremont girls took 6th place while Omaha Marian won the invite on the girls side. For the boys, the Tigers got 3rd place while Elkhorn Aquatics would go on to win on the boys side.

Beginning with girls results, in the 200 yard medley relay, the Tiger team consisting of Jane Busboom, Kami Spilinek, Ryleigh Schroeter and Kennedy Zehner took 5th place, finishing with a time of 1:58.87. The same 4 girls would also team up in the 200 free relay and they would come in 4th place, finishing at 1:46.46. Schroeter would finish in 4th place with a time of 2:01.46 in the 200 yard free. She would also see a 4th place finish in the 100 yard butterfly at 1:02.14. Busboom also took 4th place in the 50 yard free at 25.64.

Busboom came in 2nd place in the 100 yard free at 54.90. The total Tiger team score for the girls was 165.5.

Onto boys results, the team that included Elliot Vech, Zayne Keslar, Jacob Hanson and Garrett Nielsen won 2nd place in the 200 yard medley relay with a time of 1:40.99. Keslar would finish in 3rd and Hanson in 5th in the 200 yard free with times of 1:51.90 and 1:53.88, respectively. Keslar took 2nd in the 100 yard fly and finished with a time of 54.70. Vech would take 3rd in the 100 yard free at 49.44.

Distance swimmer Micah Moore would take 5th place in the 500 yard free at 5:20.03.

The Tiger boys would win the 200 yard free relay at 1:31.00 with a team consisting of Vech, Hanson, Keslar and Moore. Vech would also see success in the 100 yard back, winning at 54.19. Hanson would take 2nd in the 100 yard breast at 1:03.50.

Both the girls and boys sent one representative to dive. Julie Stulens was the female diver for the Tigers and she got 6th place with a score of 273.30. Eli Hansen was the male diver. He would finish in 7th place with a score of 204.05.

The total Tiger team score for the boys was 237. The combined team score for both the boys and girls teams was 402.5 good enough for 4th place while Elkhorn Aquatics would win it with a score of 910.
