Fremont police made contact at about 9:29 Thursday night with an occupied vehicle.
An investigation was conducted resulting in the arrest of David Perez-Catu, 43, of Fremont for DUI 3rd .15+, false reporting, resisting arrest – 1st offense and driving during revocation – first offense.
