At about 1:48 Saturday morning, Fremont police had contact with an occupied vehicle in the 400 block of West Fifth Street.
Miguel C. Perez, 42, of Norfolk was arrested for driving during revocation/impound–first, DUI-.15+ or refusal (one prior conviction) and possession of a controlled substance.
