Fremont police investigated a trespassing complaint Monday afternoon that resulted in an arrest.
Police were called at about 2:20 p.m. for the complaint in the 700 block of North Park Avenue. Justin M. Harris, 33, had been given a prior trespass warning. He was arrested and charged with second-degree trespassing — Class II misdemeanor and disturbing the peace — Class III misdemeanor.
