A 51-year-old Fremont man was arrested following a disturbance Sunday night.
Fremont police responded at about 7:45 to a business in the 1000 block of East 23rd Street. Following an investigation, Wilfredo Arias Ramirez, 51, was arrested for third-degree domestic assault-threat/menacing manner, terroristic threats and violation of a protection order
