Fremont police were called at about 1:09 Friday afternoon to the 800-block area of East 23rd Street in reference to a possible impaired driver.
The vehicle and driver were located. The subsequent investigation resulted in the arrest of Theresa Nesemeier, 59, of Craig for possession of a controlled substance and DUI.
