Fremont police responded at about 9:02 Tuesday night to the 2600 block of North Laverna Street in reference to a threats complaint.
An investigation into the complaint resulted in the arrest of Elizabeth S. Hermeling, 18, of Fremont for terroristic threats and use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony
