Fremont police responded Friday morning to a report of a man in the middle of the road in the 3000 block of North Broad Street.
Upon arrival at about 10:55 a.m., officers had contact with Joshua C. Grover, 36, who was uncooperative and caused a disturbance. Grover was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer.
