Fremont police were dispatched at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday to the area of 2700 North Clarkson Street for a disturbance.
Officers had contact with 29-year-old James W. Alvarez. FPD said Alvarez, who is homeless, was uncooperative.
Alvarez was arrested for: terroristic threats, disturbing the peace, criminal mischief over $1,500, second-degree criminal trespass defy order to leave and disorderly conduct.
