A Fremont man was arrested on various charges Tuesday morning.
At about 1:58 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 200 area of South Bell Street due to an individual seen running who had earlier fled the scene of an accident.
Officers arrested Fredy S. Salazar Morales, 22, for charges including DUI-.15+, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to furnish information-first/two counts.
