Fremont police received a trespassing complaint at about 8:40 Sunday morning in the 700 block of North Broad Street.
Officers had contact with Grant M. Harris, 37, of Overland Park, Kansas, who refused to leave when asked to do so. Harris was arrested for second-degree trespassing.
