A traffic stop Wednesday morning led to a man’s arrest.
At about 9 a.m., police stopped a vehicle at 19th and Luther Road. During the stop, it was determined that a protection order violation was taking place.
Thomas A. Davis, 36, of Fremont was arrested for second-offense protection order violation.
