The Fremont Public School Foundation Board of Directors invites fans to attend the TIGER TAILGATE – Powered by Pinnacle Bank – from 10 a.m. to noon Sept. 21 at Lot No. 8 at Memorial Stadium in Lincoln.

Fremont High will face Columbus in the annual F&C Cup at noon.

Additional sponsors include: Allo Fiber Fremont, Eagle Distributing, and the Fremont High Booster Club. The tailgate is free and includes lunch (pulled pork sandwiches, chips, water) on a first come, first served basis as well as games, face painting and music. There will even be appearances by the FHS cheerleaders, the FHS Dance Team, the Tiger Marching Band, and the Tiger Football Team.

KHUB will be broadcasting live from the tailgate on The Best Mix 105.5.

There will be raffles for some special prizes, including a grand prize of two football tickets for the NU vs Rutgers game with parking passes donated by Pinnacle Bank. All proceeds from the raffles (and any free-will donations) will go toward the “First Grade Learn to Swim Program at the YMCA.”

Fremont fans are welcome to park in Lot No. 8 which opens at 10 a.m. Parking is free that day.

Fans can purchase tickets to the game early online or on the day of the game at Memorial Stadium. The cost is the same as a typical Fremont home game ($7 for adults, $5 for students). Regular FHS Athletic Passes are accepted as well.
