Ansley Giesselman from Fremont High had the top score in the Pius X Shootout at Woodland Hills Golf Course in Lincoln on Tuesday. She shot a 68. Rounding out the Top 5 are Eden Larson of Lincoln Southwest (71), Molly Goc of Columbus (75) while Isabella Elgert of Lincoln East and Martha Mullen of Omaha Duchesne both shot a 77.
The Tigers as a team finished in 7th place as they shot a 392. Lincoln Southwest won the tournament with a total team score of 324.
Fremont Girls Golf returns to action on Thursday afternoon when they play a triangular at Fremont Golf Club against the Omaha Marian Crusaders and the Elkhorn South Storm. Tee time at 2pm.
