Fremont police responded to an accident at about 12:59 Wednesday afternoon in the area of East 23rd Avenue North and Luther Road.
The investigation determined that a vehicle driven by Johnna C. Owens, 52, of Springfield, Missouri, was turning into a parking lot when there was a collision with an electric scooter being driven by Dyllon T. Finley, 19, of Fremont.
Police said Finley was transported to a medical facility.
