Fremont police were dispatched at about 3:30 Tuesday afternoon to a business in the 500 block of West 23rd Street for a welfare check on an individual in a parked vehicle.
After several attempts to wake the individual, a DUI investigation was conducted. Gregory D. Major, 32, of Kearney was arrested for second offense DUI and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
