A domestic disturbance on Thursday afternoon led to the arrest of a Fremont man.
At about 3 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of East Second Street. Contact was made with the reporting party. After completing an investigation, police arrested and jailed Travis Brumbaugh, 37, of Fremont for third-degree child abuse, domestic assault and terroristic threats.
