Fremont police responded at 1:23 Saturday morning to the 200 block of East Sixth Street for a report of a hit-and-run accident.
Officers found that a vehicle struck a business building and the driver fled on foot. The investigation led to the arrest of Oscar Perez-Ordonez, 24, of Fremont for driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident.
