Fremont police investigated a missing person report at 8:10 p.m. Sunday night in the 1900 block of East Military Avenue.
During the investigation, officers had contact with Thomas KB Ter, 33, of Fremont. Authorities discovered Thomas had an active warrant. He resisted officers during the arrest and was additionally charged with first-degree resisting arrest.
