A disturbance Saturday night led to an arrest by Fremont police.
At about 9:33 p.m., officers responded to the 700 block of North William Street for a disturbance complaint involving multiple people being threatened.
An investigation was conducted resulting in the arrest of Rexie J. Welsh, 20, of Fremont for terroristic threats and disturbing the peace.
