A Fremont man is facing charges for assaulting two individuals, including a police officer.
At about 3:10 Wednesday afternoon, officers responded to a facility in the 400 block of East 23rd Street for a disturbance.
The investigation resulted in the arrest of Robert J. Timmons, 62, on four counts of an assault on an emergency care provider or health care professional and one count of an assault on an officer.
