SIOUX CITY, Iowa – The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) has announced its baseball player and pitcher of the week honors for contests played April 22-28, 2024. Zachary Vincent of Midland University was selected as the GPAC Pitcher of the Week for his performance over the final week of the season.
Vincent, a senior from Tucson, Arizona, picked up his third win of the season on Saturday at Dordt. He went 7.0 innings while allowing three hits and a walk while striking out a career-best 10 batters. This season, he has a 2.82 ERA through 44.2 innings of work, the most of his collegiate career.
