A Fremont man has been cited for the property damage vehicular accident that occurred on Tuesday night.
Fremont police responded at about 11:26 p.m. Tuesday to the 900 block of West Fifth Street. The investigation determined that a vehicle drove through fencing west of Fourth Street. It then went through the exterior wall of a building, striking a metal support beam and causing other damage.
Authorities estimate damages of $50,000 to the building, $5,000 to two boats located in the building and $1,000 to a John Deere tractor.
Daniel G. Carlson, 54, was cited and released Wednesday for leaving the scene of an accident and willful reckless driving.
