Three Rivers Public Health Department (3RPHD) in collaboration with the National Association of County and City Health Officials, is launching an online platform for mental wellbeing resources. CredibleMind began March 20 and offers a collection of convenient, confidential, and evidence-based resources available 24/7.

CredibleMind is free and for everyone, whether you’re looking to improve your overall mental wellbeing or struggling with a specific issue. Key features include:

· More than 200 mental health and wellbeing topics.

· Brief, scientifically validated assessments covering topics like sleep, anxiety, substance abuse and more.

· Adaptable to different learning styles with more than 16,000 resources including podcasts, videos, apps, books, articles, and online programs.

“Mental health is vital to our overall wellbeing. Results from our 2022 Community Health Assessment indicate that mental health is one of the top health issues in our community” said Terra Uhing, executive director with Three Rivers Public Health Department.

CredibleMind is completely anonymous and confidential and can be used without providing any personal information. There is no requirement to sign up, however users have that option. Benefits to signing up include saving assessments results, access to personalized recommended content, and more. Users who get started by March 29 by taking the Mental Health Check-in Assessment will be entered to win a $100 Amazon gift card.

CredibleMind can be accessed directly from the 3RPHD website at www.threeriverspublichealth.org or at https://3rphd.crediblemind.com and is available in both English and Spanish. For questions or to learn more, please call Anne Garinger at 402-704-2252.
