A Fremont man faces several charges after an incident Saturday afternoon.
At about 12:23 p.m., police were called to a business in the 300 block of West 23rd Street in reference to a threat complaint involving a knife.
The complaint was determined to be valid and resulted in the arrest of Carlos H. Pagan, 33. Pagan faces charges for terroristic threats, use of a weapon to commit a felony, possession of a controlled substance, disturbing the peace and possession of drug paraphernalia.
