Fremont police responded at 10:14 Monday night to a business in the 200 block of West 23rd Street in reference to a trespassing complaint.
At the scene, officers had contact with Carlos H. Pagan, 33, of Fremont. Pagan acknowledged that he had previously been given a trespassing warning at that location. He was was then arrested for second-degree criminal trespassing.
