Fremont police officers responded at 7:49 Tuesday night to the 400 block of East 23rd Street in reference to an individual with an apparent knife wound.
The reporting party indicated that the injury occurred during a robbery. A subsequent investigation determined that the injury occurred during a disturbance and not during a robbery.
Andrea J. Henderson, 38, of Fremont was arrested and jailed for first-degree domestic assault and use of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony. Timothy T. Hampton, 46, of Fremont was cited and released for false reporting.
