At about 8 Saturday night, Fremont police located a stalled vehicle near the intersection of 10th and Main Street.
An investigation found that the vehicle had been involved in an unreported collision a short distance away. The driver, Alexander Pagan, 40, of Fremont was arrested for driving under the influence, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and no operator’s license.
