At about 8 a.m. Friday, Fremont police were dispatched to a suspicious person in a vehicle in the 900 block of Johnson Road.
Contact was made with the operator of the vehicle. An investigation resulted in the arrest of Curtis Hart, 39, of Fremont for driving under the influence, possession of a controlled substance, child abuse, and transporting a child while intoxicated.
