Lindsey M.’Parks’ Rocha, 37, of Seward, formerly of Fremont, died Friday, Dec. 15, 2023 at home.
Lindsey was born August 2, 1986, in Schuyler to Benny and Barbara ‘Durfey’ Parks Jr. She was raised in Fremont where she attended school. She received her CNA and worked for several local nursing homes. She also worked at Casey’s in Fremont. Lindsey battled health issues for several years and in 2019 was diagnosed with MS.
Lindsey married Jose Rocha on August 2, 2014 and they lived in Seward for the last seven years.

Lindsey was preceded in death by her father.
The memorial service will be 11 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 23, 2023, at the Ludvigsen Mortuary Chapel in Fremont. The Rev. Scott Jensen, Chaplain at Methodist Fremont Health, will officiate. Memorials may be directed to the family.
