A homeless man was arrested Sunday afternoon for burglary and other charges.
Fremont police responded at about 3:19 p.m. to a burglary at a business in the 2200 block of North Clarkson street.
The investigation resulted in the arrest of James W. Alvarez, 28, for burglary, criminal trespass first degree and criminal mischief.
