The Fremont City Council will vote on a resolution Tuesday night to accept the resignation of Councilman Glen Ellis.
The Ward 2 councilman announced last week he would resign his position.
Registered voters in Ward 2, interested in serving in the role, are encouraged to submit a letter of interest and resume, in person, to the City Clerk at the Fremont Municipal Building, second floor, by 4 p.m. Nov. 22.
