A Fremont man faces charges from an incident on Saturday morning.
At about 9 a.m., police responded to a disturbance in the 400 block of West Third Street. An investigation was conducted, resulting in the arrest of Kaleb J. Messier, 34, for child neglect and third-degree domestic assault.
