A Fremont teenager faces various charges following a theft of a vehicle.
At about 3:26 p.m. Friday, officers were called to the 2500 block of Palmer Driver in reference to a stolen vehicle. An investigation was conducted resulting in the arrest of Williams C. Chavez, 19, for robbery, terroristic threats, felony theft and third-degree assault.
