A Fremont man faces charges from an incident on Saturday afternoon.
At about 3:53 p.m., Fremont police responded to a business in the 200 block of West 23rd Street in reference to a disturbance.
Zachary C. Mosel, 31, of Fremont was arrested for disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.
