Fremont police responded at 1:18 Sunday morning to a report of a possible hit-and-run accident in the area of West 23rd and Colorado Avenue.
An investigation was conducted resulting in the arrest of Sebastian P. Gutierrez, 18, of Fremont for driving under the influence of alcohol, minor in possession, and leaving the scene of an accident.
