A teenager faces charges from an incident Thursday afternoon.
At about 3:35 p.m., police responded to the 3400 block of East Military for an assault investigation. It was determined that the victim was at East Military Avenue and North Johnson Road when a vehicle drove by.
A battery-operated gel pellet-type gun was discharged from the vehicle striking the victim multiple times. The investigation resulted in a 15-year-old juvenile being charged.
