Fremont police responded to the 500 block of North K Street at 11:08 Wednesday morning in reference to a report of a possible missing person.
Contact was made with Johney E. Feathers, 25, of Mead who caused a disturbance while being uncooperative with police. He was arrested for disorderly conduct.
