Fremont police attempted a traffic stop at 12:28 Wednesday morning near 14th and Bell Street.
The vehicle and driver were later located resulting in the arrest of Kaleb M. Bomar, 18, of Fremont for reckless driving, flight to avoid arrest, criminal mischief and MIP: nicotine.
