Fremont police responded to a report of a possible assault at about 12:30 a.m. today in the 2400 block of North Ridge Road Drive.
An investigation was conducted resulting in the arrest of Elaine M. Johnson, 40, of Fremont for second-degree domestic assault and use of a weapon to commit a felony.
