An investigation Sunday morning led to the arrest of a Fremont man.
Fremont police responded at 11:34 a.m. to a facility in the 900 block of North Clarkson Street in reference to a welfare check.
Ethan T. Lundry, 28, of Fremont was arrested following the investigation for child neglect.
