A traffic stop Wednesday led to a Fremont man’s arrest.
Gerritt D. Davis, 20, the driver of the vehicle, was stopped at about 12:58 p.m. in the 200 block of West 23rd Street.
He was arrested and charged with speeding, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana greater than one ounce and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
